Mission Statement

To provide unattached adults over the age of 45 the opportunity to meet new people.

To ensure  that events the group offers are safe and affordable to all.

To create  a warm and friendly environment where singles can share their interests with each other while having a great time.

To provide singles the opportunity to meet each other in a relaxed and comfortable environment that  allow members to expand their circle of friends.  

Our Philosophy

Just because you are single it doesn't mean you have to be alone.

We believe that you get out of life what you put into it.

                          V.A.S. is based on the following principles

Members are single, separated, divorced or widowed.  Members who are co-habiting on a long term basis are considered married by law. Married people are not eligible for membership.

A common concern of single people today, whether they are separated, single, widowed or divorced is very basic:  where do we go to meet new people if you no longer feel part of the bar scene and have been unsuccessful with the dating sites.   

There are many  people who are single either by choice or by the loss of a loved one and they would like to meet new people.    

Members and prospective members shall be of good moral character and must display appropriate behavior to all other members or guests.  Anyone not doing so will not necessarily have their membership renewed .  They may however be given the opportunity to explain while they should still be allowed to be a member of the club.

It is our goal to provide people an opportunity to meet new friends and acquaintances in a safe and comfortable environment.
