Privacy Statement

1. Accountability

V.A.S. will protect any and all personal information received from individuals for the purpose of mailing newsletters and calendars only.

2. Personal Information

When you become a member of our club we obtain your personal information. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, email address and other identifying information.

This information will not be released to any other individual and the information and is used for our data base and mailing list only.

3. Consent

Under the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act the only way any identifying information pertaining to members can be released is  if a member chooses to personally give their personal information to another member.

The co-ordinator will not provide any identifying information to other members without their consent.

It is not our intention to nor will we ever sell or give member information to a third party.

4. Changes to Consent

Should V.A.S. wish to use your personal information from your Membership Application for a purpose other than originally intended they will contact each member personally for their permission.

5. Accuracy of Information

If a member moves or changes their email address it is the responsibility of that member to provide their new updated information to the V.A.S. office.

6. Policies

V.A.S. reserves the right to modify or amend any of the above policies at any time.
